    Thanks for your report Cam! I like the idea of using a bell to get the students attention. Its a bit more individual, and the kids probably wouldn’t find it boring like the ‘raise your hand’ thing. You couldn’t use a signal like that too often though, it would lose its effectiveness. I was thinking it would be a great way to control groupwork, as this is probably the noisiest activity. I’ll have to find something with an interesting noise now…you’re bringing out the percussionist in me!
